Today, the Saudi Academy for Sports Sciences (SASS) launched the practical and theoretical examinations for the second cohort of male and female students. The assessments are part of the second semester’s requirements and aim to evaluate students’ readiness and qualify them for entry into sports clubs in the upcoming phase.
The examinations focus on assessing students’ skills in analyzing a trainee’s condition, conducting initial evaluations, and designing a comprehensive training program based on scientifically approved principles of sports training. The assessments also evaluate students’ ability to understand the structure and levels of training programs, recognize the characteristics associated with each level, and demonstrate mastery in performing and explaining fundamental exercises correctly and safely.
These examinations come as part of the Academy’s efforts to prepare highly qualified professionals capable of working efficiently in the sports sector, ensuring that students acquire the practical and scientific skills necessary to integrate into sports clubs with confidence and competence.
