The Saudi Academy of Sports Science (SASS) has officially launched

Its first qualification programs as part of its strategic partnerships with leading companies and sports clubs. These programs are designed for coaches and professionals across the sports sector, with the goal of enhancing their competencies and elevating the standards of personal training in the Kingdom.

The Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) program began with strong participation from sports-sector professionals, delivered in a high-Caliber training environment that blends theoretical knowledge with practical application. The program follows internationally recognized standards to ensure exceptional training quality.

Spanning four months and totaling 480 training hours, the CPT program integrates both theoretical and hands-on learning. It aims to strengthen coaches’ professional capabilities, equip them with advanced skills to work effectively with clients in sports clubs, deliver safe and effective training programs, and contribute to raising the overall quality of sports services in the Kingdom.
