Program: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree that I meet all the conditions and requirements outlined below

First: Language

The program integrates both Arabic and English languages in instruction and assessment

Second: Academic and Organizational Commitments

1. Commitment to attend in person at the academy’s headquarters in Riyadh throughout the duration of the program, arriving at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time
2. Completion of all required training hours (theoretical/practical) before, during, and after the program is a mandatory requirement for certification
3. Passing the final exam, which is held in person at the academy, is a mandatory requirement for certification
4. Commitment to using the Blackboard platform as the primary means of accessing supplementary educational content, attending virtual classes (if any), and receiving notifications
5. Adherence to all internal regulations and instructions issued by the academy’s administration and trainers
6. Commitment to approved leave periods coordinated with the center’s administration
7. Commitment to the highest standards of professionalism and discipline throughout the course, including communication style and overall conduct, in a manner that reflects the distinguished image of Leejam employees to external parties
8. Compliance with safety and precautionary instructions issued by trainers and supervisors
9. Wearing appropriate sports attire, especially during practical training sessions
10. Active participation and responsiveness during training hours, and completion of required tasks and assignments in every lecture
11. Completion of all required assessments or surveys within the specified time frame

Third: Financial

1. The course fee is 4,500 SAR VAT not included
2. The full tuition fee will be paid by the company and deducted in four installments starting from the date of notification and signature of this form 
3. Tuition fees are non-refundable once the program has started

Fourth: Cancellation and Absence Policy

• Cancellation by the Trainee: A cancellation request must be submitted via email to mramdan@leejam.com.sa
• The cancellation request must be submitted at least 72 hours before the program starts. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered
• The reason for cancellation must be clearly stated in the request
• In the case of partial attendance or no attendance, the trainee is not entitled to any refund
• Once the program has started, no refunds are allowed unless the program is cancelled by the academy
• If a trainee misses two or more sessions without an official excuse or notification, the course will be considered cancelled by the trainee, and no refund will be issued
• A maximum of five absences is allowed throughout the program, provided a clear reason is given and official notification is submitted at least 48 hours in advance
• Repeated tardiness of more than 10 minutes for more than three sessions without a valid reason will negatively impact the trainee’s final evaluation and may result in course cancellation without a refund.
• In the case of non-compliance or repeated complaints (administrative/behavioral) as per reports and evaluations from the academy or the designated supervisor, the matter will be investigated, and necessary actions will be taken, which may include course cancellation for the trainee
