Terms and Conditions Policy<\/span>
Saudi Academy for Sport Sciences (SASS)<\/span>
Program: Certified Personal Trainer (CPT)<\/span>
By means of this undertaking, I acknowledge and agree that I meet all the terms and requirements set forth below:<\/span><\/h5>\n

Firstly<\/span> Basic conditions and requirements:<\/span>
1.The language of study and evaluation is Arabic and English.<\/span>
2. The trainee must be over 18 years old when joining the program.<\/span>
3. Enjoying physical and mental health that qualifies one to safely engage in practical activities.<\/span>
4. Paying attention to physical fitness and regular exercise.<\/span>
5. Possessing effective communication skills and working as part of a team.<\/span><\/p>\n

secondly<\/span> Academic and organizational obligations<\/span>
1. Commitment to attending in person at the Academy's headquarters in Riyadh throughout the program period.<\/span>
2. Completion of all theoretical and practical training hours is a prerequisite for obtaining the certificate.<\/span>
3. Passing the final exam, which is held in person at the academy.<\/span>
4. Commitment to using the BLACK BOARD platform as the primary means of accessing supplementary educational content, attending virtual classes (if available), and receiving notifications.<\/span>
5. Compliance with all internal regulations and instructions issued by the academy administration and trainers.<\/span>
Third:<\/span> Financial matters<\/span>
1. Payment of the full tuition fees, which is 5500 riyals excluding VAT, according to the approved schedule before the start of the program. The payment link or account number will be sent after acceptance and before the start of the program. <\/span>
2. Tuition fees are non-refundable after the start of the program, except in the cases outlined in the cancellation and refund policy.<\/span>
3. Installment payments are not currently available and the full fees must be paid in one lump sum before starting the study. <\/span>
Fourth:<\/span> Safety and Disclaimer<\/span>
1. The trainee acknowledges that his participation in practical activities is of his own free will and under his personal responsibility.<\/span>
2. The Academy and its trainers are exempt from any legal liability for any injuries or accidents that occur during practical activities inside or outside the Academy premises.<\/span>
3. Adherence to safety and prevention instructions issued by trainers and supervisors.<\/span>
Fifth:<\/span> Privacy and data protection policy<\/span>
\u2022 The academy is committed to protecting the confidentiality of trainees' data and not disclosing it except to entities authorized by law or to parties directly involved in providing services.<\/span>
\u2022 Personal data (name, email, phone, city, qualification, attendance and test data) is collected and processed for the purposes of registration, certification, account management, and improvement of electronic services.<\/span>
\u2022 All financial data is processed according to high security standards and is retained only within the limits permitted by law.<\/span>
\u2022 The beneficiary has the right to request access to, modify, or withdraw consent to the processing of his personal data, unless this conflicts with regulatory obligations.<\/span>
\u2022 Personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with any unauthorized third party.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sixth:<\/span> Cancellation and refund policy:<\/span>
Cancellation of registration in the program by the trainee:<\/span>
\u2022 Submit your cancellation request to info@sass.sa <\/span>
\u2022 Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the start of the program; requests submitted otherwise will not be considered. <\/span>
\u2022 Explain the reasons for cancellation in the application.<\/span>
\u2022 In case of partial attendance or no attendance, no refund of any amount paid is entitled.<\/span>
\u2022 After the program has started, no amount paid is refundable unless the program is cancelled by the academy.<\/span>
\u2022 In the event that the program is cancelled by the academy due to emergency circumstances, the trainee has the option of either receiving a refund within 7\u201314 working days or transferring it to an alternative course.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seventh:<\/span> Postponement policy<\/span>
\u2022 If the training program has started, a postponement can be requested once and before half of the program's duration has passed (if 70% of the program's duration has been completed, postponement is not allowed).<\/span>
\u2022 Before starting the program, the application must be submitted and postponed once for a maximum period of 4 months.<\/span>
\u2022 In cases of medical reasons, an official report is required.<\/span>
\u2022 If the postponement period exceeds 4 months, the registration is considered cancelled without a response.<\/span>
\u2022 If there is any price difference after the postponement, the difference will be paid at a rate of 50%.<\/span>
Eighth:<\/span> Trainee absence policy<\/span>
\u2022 Absence without official notice is considered a voluntary withdrawal<\/span>
\u2022 No compensation or refund is entitled<\/span>
Payments cannot be stopped during the training program.<\/span>
\u2022 In the case of installment payments, absence does not exempt one from payments.<\/span>
Ninth:<\/span> Intellectual property rights and usage guidelines<\/span>
1. All educational materials, lectures, electronic content, tests, and trademarks of the Academy are protected under copyright and trademark laws.<\/span>
2. Republishing, copying, or sharing any content without prior written permission from the Academy is prohibited.<\/span>
3. Creating informal groups or communication channels in the name of the academy or using student data for purposes outside the program is prohibited.<\/span>
