What are the application requirements for the Personal Trainer Diploma Program?

The following conditions must be met for admission of new students to the employment-based diploma programs:

The applicant must be a Saudi national
Age from 18 to 35 years
To have a high school diploma or higher
Not to be a regular student at another university inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Not to be registered in social insurance
To be medically fit
to be a non-smoker
Pass the personal interview

What is meant by the Diploma in Employment?

Once you are accepted and eligible for support, the Saudi Academy for Sports Sciences will sign an employment contract with one of the companies.

Is housing provided?

The academy does not provide accommodation.

Can the diploma be studied remotely?

Diploma studies at the Saudi Academy for Sports Sciences are in-person and include theoretical training in physical health and nutrition.
Sports medicine and practical training in the gym on various exercises related to physical health.

After graduation, will the job be in Riyadh?

The Saudi Academy for Sports Sciences has contracted with companies specialized in the sports field throughout the Kingdom to enable students after graduation to find employment in the city in which they live.

Can a student withdraw after starting his/her studies?

The student must adhere to the provisions of the signed contract by completing the academic year and joining the employing entity after that.

Will the student be registered for social insurance?

Yes, it is true. The student is registered for social insurance from the first day of study.

What is the duration of the diploma study?

The duration of the diploma study is 12 months (one year) in person in the city of Riyadh.

Is the diploma accredited?

Diplomas and short programs are accredited by both strategic partnerships and approved by the club’s preparation affiliated with the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training and accredited by the Leadership Preparation Institute affiliated with the Ministry of Sports.

What is the expected time frame for the announcement of acceptance results after the interview?

The results are displayed within two weeks to a month from the date of the interview.
