A practical and theoretical program, ready and designed to qualify you to play a pivotal role in supporting participants and trainers and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
And encouraging activity.
This program does not qualify you to provide training, but rather to be a supportive arm for everyone leading or participating in the training. You will learn how
Confidently interact with visitors, organize equipment, monitor safety, and support the fitness industry's message: "More people, more activity, more activity." All within a professional framework through practical training under the supervision of specialized trainers.

Program objectives:

Basic anatomical knowledge:  Learn about the body components associated with movement and how to support safe and effective exercises.

Behavioral and health skills: Adopting and promoting a healthy lifestyle within the club

Professionalism within the club: Applying safety and hygiene standards, arranging equipment, and observing professional interaction

Help with activities: Support group and individual sessions by preparing tools and accompanying participants.

Communication and observation: Gain skills in dialogue with members and monitoring performance and risks.

Daily roles: Understand the basic duties of an assistant trainer in the daily operation of the gym.
