How long does it take to complete the Group Fitness Trainer program?

The training program lasts for 4 months (480 hours), during which the content is delivered in person (theoretical and practical), in addition to e-learning via the educational academy platform (Blackboard). 

Can I complete the Certified Group Fitness Instructor program while working full-time?

Absolutely! The program is designed to suit those with full-time work commitments.
In-person training is provided only two days a week, while theoretical content is provided during the week via the e-learning platform (Blackboard), so you can study at a time that suits you.
